Yes — and sometimes no.

Many of our services are available to book directly through our online scheduling system. Some treatments, however, including dermal filler and certain advanced laser procedures, require a consultation first. These treatments are not performed the same day as the consult. Once a consult has been completed and a treatment plan established, you should see the appropriate appointment options available online. If you’re ever unsure what to book or don’t see what you’re looking for, please reach out as we’re always happy to help guide you.

We also maintain a waitlist and can often accommodate clients sooner when cancellations arise. To be added, simply text 904-670-0065. We still recommend booking an appointment when possible, just in case.

Because we are a small, highly personalized practice, we ask that appointments be respected. Repeated late cancellations, habitual lateness, or no-shows may result in limited or suspended online booking access, out of consideration for our providers and other clients.

Once your appointment is booked, you’ll receive a confirmation text message and email. You’ll also receive a reminder a few days prior to your visit with a link to complete any required intake forms. To ensure your visit runs smoothly and safely, all intake forms should be completed before your appointment whenever possible.

If you have any medical conditions that may impact treatment, including a history of herpes/cold sores or an autoimmune condition, please let us know in advance. This allows us to arrange any necessary prophylaxis or obtain clearance from your managing physician ahead of time.

We aim to make booking as straightforward as possible, but the truth is, everyone’s goals, budgets, timelines and expectations are different.

When in doubt, a consult is always a great first step.

• Wrinkle relaxation (Botox, Dysport, Daxxify, Xeomin)
  Book “Wrinkle Softening Treatment.”
  This covers common areas such as the forehead, crow’s feet, brow lift, and downturned corners of the mouth. A Botox lip flip can be added during this appointment or booked on its own as a brief visit.

• Filler, Sculptra, advanced laser, and biostimulation treatments
  These services always begin with a complimentary consultation to review goals, anatomy, expectations, risks, and timing. Treatment is not performed the same day as the consult.

• Microneedling / collagen induction and chemical peels
  These treatments may be booked directly online and are often recommended as a series for best results.

• Under-eye rejuvenation series
  This is a multi-session treatment plan and is best started with a consult to determine candidacy and appropriate sequencing.

• Laser resurfacing
  We offer multiple levels of laser treatment. If you’re unsure which option is right for your skin or timeline, a consult is the best place to start.

If you’ve already had a consult or discussed a plan with one of our providers and aren’t sure what to select online, simply text us and we’ll gladly help you book the correct appointment.

At the conclusion of your visit, you’ll be provided with detailed post-care instructions specific to your treatment.

• After wrinkle-relaxing treatments (Botox, Daxxify, Dysport, Xeomin)
  About 12–15 days after treatment, we’ll check in to see how things have settled. If a small adjustment is needed, a brief 5-minute touch-up appointment can be scheduled online or by responding to us via text or email. For best results, we recommend completing any touch-ups within three weeks of your initial treatment.

• After filler, biostimulators, chemical peels, microneedling or laser treatments
  We’ll follow up around day 2-3 post treatment to check on swelling, healing, and overall comfort. Please don’t hesitate to reach out sooner if you have any questions or concerns.

For any treatment, you’re always welcome to contact us if something isn’t addressed in your post-care instructions — and we truly love seeing progress photos as you heal and evolve.

Many clients come in with one treatment in mind and, after a thoughtful discussion, discover a different or more appropriate option for their goals. A consultation allows us to fully assess anatomy, skin health, expectations, risks, timelines, and investment, so recommendations are intentional, not rushed.

Certain treatments also require significantly more time, preparation, and planning than others. To ensure each client receives our full attention and to keep appointments running on time, treatments are scheduled separately and appropriately.

We’ve found this approach leads to better outcomes, more informed decisions, and a more relaxed experience, without the pressure to decide or proceed on the spot. We recognize this is a different approach from some practices, but this is one of the ways we are very intentional and unique. We understand it may not make us the right fit for everyone.

First and foremost, reach out to your treating provider/office. Most concerns, such as asymmetry, heaviness, or uneven muscle response, are common, temporary, and often easily adjusted. They do not necessarily mean something was done incorrectly. Every face responds differently, and fine-tuning is sometimes part of the process.

If you were treated elsewhere, we generally encourage returning to your original provider whenever possible. This allows them to learn how your anatomy responds over time, which ultimately leads to better, more personalized results. Aesthetic treatments involve science, skill, and individual variability, there is no universal “dose” or formula. If you would still prefer to see us, out of respect for both patient safety and professional standards, we do not evaluate or treat wrinkle-relaxing injections (Botox) performed by another practice until at least 12 days have passed. This allows the product to fully settle and avoids interfering with another provider’s treatment plan prematurely.

Neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Daxxify, Xeomin)

Pricing varies by brand and is charged per unit. We offer a first-time client incentive, with unit pricing starting at $11–$12.50 per unit, depending on the product selected. While we do offer specials and events during the year, these are typically reserved for our established client community. We do participate in Alle and Aspire rewards programs.

The total number of units recommended is individualized and based on factors such as muscle strength, age, gender, degree of brow or eyelid hooding, areas treated, and overall skin quality.

Dermal fillers

Filler treatments start at $699 per syringe, with pricing varying by product and treatment area. When multiple syringes are recommended as part of a cohesive treatment plan, package pricing is available.

Microneedling with PRP/PRF or Serum

Pricing starts at $450 and includes treatment of both the face and neck.

Chemical peels

Peels begin at $225 and range up to $325, depending on the type and strength of peel selected.

The Undereye Rejuvenation Series starts at $600/session.

Laser pricing varies depending on level of treatment and we are happy to discuss this in detail during the requisite consult.

No, we only provide medical aesthetic interventions but are happy to refer you to a fabulous skincare professional locally.

Yes! We participate in Alle and Aspire and encourage clients to join if they use their products. It’s free to join and they award points when you have treatments that equate to discounts for future treatments associated with their brands. They also run specials during the year.
